Right now we publish the call for abstracts to the 16th Nordic Congress in Copenhagen 13-16 May 2009.  

All abstracts will be handled electronically and will be published in an abstract book which will be available both at the congress and on the website. Deadline for abstracts is 18 February. If you send in an abstract you will shortly after deadline receive information about whether the abstract is accepted or not. If the abstract is accepted you have to register to the congress within 7 days in order to give the presentation at the congress. Keynotes
So far, two key-note speakers have agreed to give a presentation, i.e. Barbara Starfield, USA, and Mikkel Vass, DK. One or two more will soon be introduced on the website, probably end of August.

Barbara Starfield is a professor at Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health, Baltimore, USA. She has been working with equity in health, co-morbidity and case mix, primary care and specialty care and their interrelationships.

Mikkel Vass, a Danish GP, has been working for many years with prevention in old age. He has a large experience from both teaching and research, primarily within the field of elderly people.
