Irene Hetlevik, Professor, DMed, Head of General Medical Research Institute of Social Medicine, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway
At the Nordic Congress of General Practice 2009 Irene Hetlevik was awarded the Nordic Magda and Svend Aage Friedrichs Mindelegat of DKK 100.000,- in recognition of her efforts to promote general medical research unit in Norway, as well as for her contribution to ongoing development of general medicine studies in the Nordic countries and for her engagement in risk research.
