Call for abstracts
SYMPOSIA
Please notice the below changes in dead-lines for admitting Symposia
To ensure optimal planning of the scientific program of the Nordic Congress, the Scientific Committee kindly requests that proposals for symposia are delivered according to following guidelines:
- Ideas about topics and speakers for a symposium must be delivered no later than 28 November 2008 to congress@dsam.dk
- The symposium proposal should contain the following items: Symposium title, Background, Responsible Chair, Other participants
- The Scientific Committee will give you notification no later than 15 December 2008
- If your idea is accepted by the Scientific Committee the final abstract for the symposium must be submitted on-line at https://www.ics-online.com no later than 2 January 2009
Please notice that the above guidelines ONLY applies if you want to submit a Symposium.
Guidelines for other types of abstracts have not changed
ABSTRACTS
You are kindly invited to submit abstracts describing work that you wish to present at the congress, either orally or as a poster.
All abstracts will be handled electronically and will be published in an abstract book which will be available both at the congress and on the website.
Deadline for abstracts is 18 February 2009.
The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts, and final notification will be given by 20 March 2009.
You will shortly after deadline receive information about whether the abstract is accepted or not. If the abstract is accepted you have to register to the congress within 7 days in order to give the presentation at the congress.
